At Wholesale Welding Supplies, we believe in quality you can rely on. While every order is carefully checked, if something goes wrong, our Returns & Refunds Policy ensures a smooth process.

Please note: Returns apply only to defective products and must be approved before sending back.

1. Returns

  • Defective Products Only – Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us first for return approval.
  • Non-Defective Products – We do not accept returns for items that are not faulty.

2. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • If you received the wrong item due to a defect, return it once authorized and place a new order.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be accepted, products must be:

  • Unused, in brand-new condition.
  • In original packaging with all parts and accessories.

4. Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.

5. How to Return

  • Returns must be sent by mail only (no in-person drop-offs).
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Secure packaging.
    • Covering return postage.
    • Using tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.

6. Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees apply to approved returns.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected, refunds are processed within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.

✔ Include your Returns Form in the package.
✔ Always use a tracked postal service and keep your receipt.
