1. Returns (Defective and Non-Defective Items)
Defective Products Only: We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your item is faulty, please contact us before returning the product to receive return authorization.
Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective products are not accepted under our current policy.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong item or size due to a defect, please return the item (if applicable) and place a new order once approved.
3. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be new and unused.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories intact.
4. Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We cannot accept any return requests made after this period.
5. Return Method
- All returns must be sent via mail to our designated return address.
- We do not accept returns in person or at drop-off locations.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Securely packaging return items.
- Covering the return shipping cost.
- Using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage (returns are made at the customer's risk).
6. Restocking Fee
- We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return.
- All refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
