1. Returns (Defective and Non-Defective Items)

Defective Products Only: We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your item is faulty, please contact us before returning the product to receive return authorization.

Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective products are not accepted under our current policy.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong item or size due to a defect, please return the item (if applicable) and place a new order once approved.


3. Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be new and unused.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories intact.


4. Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We cannot accept any return requests made after this period.


5. Return Method

  • All returns must be sent via mail to our designated return address.
  • We do not accept returns in person or at drop-off locations.
  • Customers are responsible for:
  • Securely packaging return items.
  • Covering the return shipping cost.
  • Using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage (returns are made at the customer's risk).

6. Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • All refunds are processed to your original method of payment.

  • All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us before returning any item to receive authorization.
  • Include the completed Returns Form with your shipment.
  • Use a tracked postal service and retain your shipping receipt.
