- Defective Products Only – Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us first for return approval.
- Non-Defective Products – We do not accept returns for items that are not faulty.
2. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- If you received the wrong item due to a defect, return it once authorized and place a new order.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, products must be:
- Unused, in brand-new condition.
- In original packaging with all parts and accessories.
4. Return Window
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.
5. How to Return
- Returns must be sent by mail only (no in-person drop-offs).
- Customers are responsible for:
- Secure packaging.
- Covering return postage.
- Using tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.
6. Restocking Fee
- No restocking fees apply to approved returns.
7. Refunds
- Once your return is inspected, refunds are processed within 24 hours.
- Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
